Remake/Return Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us. Remakes are processed immediately. An order is only eligible for a remake within 30 days of the order date.

** PLEASE NOTE: **
All prints are sent to the printers after proof approval. We do not make any color or density adjustments to the images before printing. Your orders are not eligible for reprinting if the issue is related to color or density.
Remember: Every monitor screen is calibrated differently, so the colors on your card when you receive them may be slightly different than what you see on your screen.

Damaged Order
We package every order as carefully as possible to withstand courier handling. If you receive damaged prints from courier damage, notify us immediately. Contact us within 7 days so that we may replace your prints immediately.

Please make sure you include the following to avoid delays in processing a damaged/remake order.
1. The order number
2. A detailed description of the issue

Cancel/Update/Combine Orders
Orders enter immediately into our production systems upon proof approval; because of this we are not able to cancel, update or combine orders.
